24 Hours of Le Mans 2027

9–13 Jun 2027 · Circuit de la Sarthe

The endurance classic celebrates its 95th running, with the main 24-hour race on 12–13 June.

Why it belongs on the circuit

Le Mans is not a short race with an afternoon attached: it is an endurance landscape whose scale changes the experience of spectating. The rhythm from daylight to darkness and back again is central to its identity. The event week has multiple activities, while the main 24-hour race remains the weekend’s defining occasion.

How to approach the visit

The published 2027 event programme spans 9–13 June, and the principal race is scheduled for 12–13 June. Different admission products, viewing areas and camping options require careful research. Study circuit access routes and on-site movement before purchasing, since a favourite corner can be a significant distance from another.

Comfort is part of the plan, not a distraction: weather protection, walking shoes, hydration and realistic sleep arrangements make an overnight visit more enjoyable. If the race is your first, focus on one or two viewing zones and allow the atmosphere of the event to unfold.

Three things to consider

01

Confirm entry and session rules directly with the event organiser.

02

Choose accommodation for walkability and transport, not only for its address.

03

Leave unprogrammed time to experience the city beyond the headline event.
