Paris Photo 2026

12–15 Nov 2026 · Grand Palais

Photography in all its forms becomes the focus of Paris at the 29th edition of the fair.

Why it belongs on the circuit

Paris Photo is rewarding because photography is presented as both image and object: prints, books, archives and publishing practices all deserve attention. At the Grand Palais, the architecture lends scale to work that may otherwise invite slow and intimate looking. It is a fair where a focused route can be far more valuable than seeing everything.

How to approach the visit

Take time for the book and publishing programme as well as the major gallery stands. If a particular photographer, gallery or vintage process interests you, check the exhibitor list once it is published and build the day around a small number of priorities. Admission categories and previews are set by the fair.

The 2026 edition is scheduled for 12–15 November. November in Paris often favours a museum-oriented itinerary rather than a long outdoor schedule. Pair the fair with one complementary exhibition, leaving evenings free for the city rather than trying to turn each day into a complete list of cultural stops.

Three things to consider

01

Confirm entry and session rules directly with the event organiser.

02

Choose accommodation for walkability and transport, not only for its address.

03

Leave unprogrammed time to experience the city beyond the headline event.
